The Kitchen Fire Suppression System is an automatic fire protection solution specially designed for commercial kitchens to suppress fires caused by cooking oils, fats, and grease. It provides fast, reliable, and automatic fire extinguishing directly at the source, ensuring safety of life, property, and uninterrupted kitchen operations.

This system uses a wet chemical fire suppression agent that rapidly cools the fire and forms a soap-like layer (saponification) over burning oil, preventing re-ignition. The system activates automatically through heat detection (fusible link / LHS cable) and can also be operated manually in case of emergency.

The kitchen fire suppression system is ideal for protecting kitchen hoods, ducts, fryers, ranges, grills, ovens, and exhaust systems. Upon activation, it simultaneously discharges the extinguishing agent and can shut off fuel or electrical supply, enhancing overall safety.
